1) Welcome line:

Anchor 1: LPS (Good Evening.) LPSTZ (Today’s day is going to be the most memorable day of your life. I (anchor 1 name ) Welcome you to this wonderful event along with my co-host (anchor 2 name).

Anchor 2: LPNZ (Today we will be Celebrating, Remembering, Acknowledging, and Admiring the achievement of our institution. So sit back and relax because this is going to be the most amazing experience of your life.)

Anchor 1: LPSTZ ( Honorable Chief Guest Mr. Srikant Gaikwad. Respected Principal madam, Respected Teaching and non-teaching staff, and my dear student. I (anchor 1 name) Take pride in standing before you and speak of the occasion of (annual function name) of our school.)

2) Lamp lightning and worship Ceremony:

Anchor 1: LPSTZ (Now, I request the Chief Guest Mr Shrikant Gaikwad and Principal madam to come on stage for the lamp lightning and worship ceremony.)

Anchor 2: LPNTZ (As the light destroys darkness in the same way Knowledge destroys ignorance we all bow to Maa Saraswati. May she have her blessing upon us.)

Anchor 1: LPNTZ (Now I request the Honorable Chief guest and principal madam to take seats.)


3) Swagat Geet:

Anchor 1: LPNZ (Now please give a Big hand to girls who are going to sing a Swagat geet.) (Girls singing swagat geet)

Anchor 2: PNT(What a heart-touching performance by girls please have a round of applause for them.)

Anchor 1: PNT (Now, I request Principal madam to Welcome the Honorable chief guest.)

Anchor 2: PNT( I requests Pratik sir to Welcome Principal madam.)


4) Chief guest’s message to a student:

Anchor 1: PNTZ(We are very fortunate to have the Honorable chief guest, Mr Shrikant Gaikwad, with us. He is an I.F.S officer and Alumni of our school.)

Anchor 2: PNTZ(Now, I request the Honorable Chief Guest to say few words and motivate our students.) (Chief Guest Speech)

Anchor 1: PN(Thank you sir for your golden worlds.) PNTZ( It’s an honor to hear from you.)


5) Principal’s address to the student:

Anchor 1: PSTZ(We all are aware that the success of any educational institution depends on the principal. The principal is the driving force who manage, coordinate, guide and supervised various activity of the educational institute. it’s my honor to welcome principal madam on stage to address the student). (principal’s speech)

Anchor 2: PN(Thank you sir for coming on stage and sharing your valuable thoughts.)


6) Cultural program:

Anchor1: LPFT (it’s showtime now. It time for which you have been waiting for so long let’s begin the Dance competition.)

  1. I) Dance competition:

Anchor 2:The student of class 8th will perform on “Phir Bhi Dil hai Hindustani” please have a round of applause for them. (students performance)

Anchor 1:What an energetic performance by class 8th student. Please have a round of applause for them. Let’s welcome the student of class 9th on the stage.

Anchor 2:The student of class 9th will perform on “Ae mere watan”.please encourage them with a warm round of applause.

Anchor 1:What a mind-blowing performance by class 9th student. Now it’s time for our final dance performance. The student of class 10th will Rock the show with their performance on “ Suno gaur se Duniya wallo”
(student performance)

Anchor 2: What a wonderful performance by 10th students. We have just witnessed a dancing sensation.

Anchor 1:Now it’s time for some music. The singing competition will begin shortly.

  1. II) Singing Competition:

Anchor 1: Priyanka from class 10th will entertain us with her amazing a voice she will be singing “ Satyam Shivam Sundaram” (Singing performance)

Anchor 2: Melodious performance by Priyanka. Have a round of applause for her please increase the sound of your claps please.
Anchor 1: Rahul from class 9th is coming with His melodious voice he is going to sing “Bekarar”. (Singing performance)

Anchor 2: Simply awesome performance by Rahul. Keep clapping and now its time for our final performance of the night. Naina from class nine is going to electrify air with her heavy voice she is going to sing “Aja Aja Delhi chode”. (singing performance)

Anchor 1:What a Rocking performance by Rahul. Please clamp loudly for Rahul.

Anchor 2: After Dance and singing it is time for some Acting. yes, you are right it’s time for Drama now the student of 10th will perform an Act “George of the jungle”.

III) Drama Performance:

Anchor 1: Wow what an ACT great Entertainment. These students deserve standing applause thank you.

Anchor 2: It time for the final program of the night the fancy dress competition.

Anchor 1: The student of primary will perform in fancy dress competitions please keep clapping to increase their confidence.

  1. IV) Fancy dress competition:

Anchor 2: Wow these little children were looking like little angels in this cute dress.


7) Prize Distribution:

Anchor 1: Now I invite the Chief guest MR Srikant Gaikwad and the principal madam to come on stage for the prize distribution ceremony.

Anchor 2: Everybody is the winner tonight it must be very difficult for the jury to decide the winner of today’s competition. The jury has given me the list of Winners of Dance, Singing, Drama and fancy-dress competition one by one my co-Anchor will announce the names.

Anchor 1: The winner of the Dance Competition is an 8th standard student please welcome the group of 8th standard students on stage to collect the prize and medals.

Anchor 1: The winner of the Singing Competition is Priyanka from class 10th. please have a round of applause for her. Priyanka, please come on stage to collect your trophy and prize.

Anchor 1: The winner of the Drama competition are two students from class 10th Rahul jagtap and Ganesh lohar. Please have a round of applause for them. Rahul and Ganesh, please come on stage to collect your medals for the chief guest.

Anchor 1: The Winner of the fancy Dress Competition is the 4th standard student Rohini Rathore she dressed as rani Laxmi bai in the fancy dress competition. Dear Rohini, please come on stage to collect your medal from principal madam.

8) Thank you note:

As I told you this will be the most memorable event of your life. All this would have not been possible without the presence of such a great audience thank you all for attending today evening and making this event extra special. I will also like to thank our chief guest and principal madam for giving their valuable time to us.

I will also like to thank students who organizes this event with proper planning and executing it with excellence. And last but certainly not the least parents thanks for coming here we express our gratitude to parents because without their support we are nothing.

Thank you for coming. Hope we will maintain this relation of excellence and perfection for ages to come.
